OK. After first week it’s time to check and weigh in and see the results of my controlled diet. Actually I didn’t do much apart from avoiding oily and fast food, and only eating more vegetables and fruits.

My current weight is 103kg. Which is 2kg less than last week. Quite ok I think! Hahahaha…

BMI from 33.1 drops to 32.5 which is quite good.

I wanna keep going! Been really busy recently so I will update whenever I am free okay? So excited of the Taiwan trip that I am about to embark soon!! :)
