Quite (super) busy lately. Will post up the Cameron Highland video and some other event photos and talking about my Taiwan plan as soon as I got less to do soon. (which is less likely in near 2 -- 3 weeks.. =.=) But I got something to share today.
It has been long time since I heard this song. It’s a Hokkien song with loads and loads of emotions and feelings in it. You might not understand a single word in Hokkien dialect but listen to it. I’m sure you will get the feeling somehow.
It’s a song written to parents. A superb talented Malaysian singer, Eric Moo. To my surprise, the song is almost 15-20 years old.
(Call My Name)
(Who calls my name? It resembles my sorrows…)
(Asking whether I’m alright in the coldness)
(I don’t need other to tell me, and I know it in my heart)
(It’s your voice… It’s your voice…)
(Who lives in my dream? It stays forever in me~)
(Afraid the dawn might break us apart~)
(Though I am far away from here, I still know it in my heart)
(It’s your shadow… It’s your shadow…)
(Call my name… I will listen whole-heartedly…)
(Never let you know when I was young that… You are every part of my life)
(Call my name… I need your companion…)
(My life journey, I’d love you to carry my hand across~~~)
Really touching~ Dedicated to my mother~~
